​Thank-you, for joining me at the ASCD conference in Chicago on March 18th. I presented,  Global Concepts for Young People-Stories, Lessons, and Activities to Teach Children About Our World, in a fun session on Monday morning! It was great to meet educators from Singapore, Nepal, and all over the United States that are interested in learning how to bring the world to their students!

Teaching these five Global Concepts; Change, Interdependence, Culture, Scarcity and Power will give children deeper understanding of themselves, their community, and the world.

I look forward to hearing from schools and educators around the world that are looking for innovative ways to strengthen their Global and International Studies curriculum and programs!
